In order to execute its business objectives, PKA SoftTouch has assembled an energetic and experienced management team with a broad range of skills and experience specific to the complex pharmaceutical/proprietary drug industry. PKA SoftTouch plans to continue the management of its operations under the leadership and experience of its two co-founders.

PKA SoftTouch has also continued to work with highly experienced consultants in the areas of medical device design, regulatory compliance and market research. PKA SoftTouch's management team, consultants and partners have the necessary relationships with equipment manufacturers, service providers, and public safety officials to achieve successful implementation of the Company’s business plan. As the founder of PKA SoftTouch, Dr. Modi has over 30 years of experience in developing non-invasive drug delivery systems for various pharmaceuticals:

•  Research Scientist and Clinician

•  Expertise in novel drug delivery systems

•  PhD: Biotechnology-Biochemistry-Photobiology

•  MD: Internal Medicine with specialization in Endocrinology and

   Pain Management

•  MS: Polymer Science and Engineering

•  Author: 30 US and Worldwide Patents on various drug delivery systems

•  Published over 30 papers and book chapters

•  Editorial Board Member for many drug delivery and medical journals

•  Developed Topical Toxin Delivery System- (seeking licensing partners)

•  Developed Micro-injection device for treatment of diabetes for insulin

   injections (licensing stage)

•  Oral trans-mucosal Fentanyl wafer (Breakthrough Pain) Licensing Stage

•  Developed ORAL-LYN (Oral Insulin Spray Delivery)-Phase-2 trials world wide

•  Developed Wound Healing Technology

Dr. Modi's extensive post-graduate medical educational background, in Canada, the United States and internationally, has enabled him to develop numerous relationships with key management and medical researchers with major pharmaceutical companies.

Richard (Dick) Crawford, P.E., P.Eng., Co-Founder, Chair of the Board/CEO, and Director

Mr. Crawford who has over 40 years of extensive work experience in the start-up and manufacturing of pharmaceuticals has been involved with major pharmaceutical companies such as Biovail, Miles Laboratory (Bayer), UpJohn (Pfizer) and Schering-Plough. He has designed and constructed pharmaceutical plants in North, Central and South America, Europe and Australia. Mr. Crawford's extensive knowledge and unique visualization abilities have enabled him to develop effective pharmaceutical designs, supervise construction, oversee commissioning and guide the validation of pharmaceutical and other facilities worldwide. He has extensive knowledge of the Canadian and US regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical plants. He is a member of the Professional Engineers of Ontario and holds a Consulting Engineering designation. Mr. Crawford is currently the founder and president of Crawford Building Consultants Inc., which specializes in the development and expansion of small manufacturing and pharmaceutical companies.

Maneesh Khanna, B. Tech, M. Eng, Director

MANEESH KHANNA

Mr. Khanna has almost 30 years of industrial experience with key exposure in product development leading from initial concept to final product development. His vast international experience, as well as the technical skills for the design and manufacturing of precision products and assemblies, have provided him a strong background for the innovative development of the micro-needle device. His contributions in the field of medical devices include the development of IV Cannula, the Blood Collection Bag system, an Endotracheal Tube and other IV therapy products for a medical company in India. His working exposure with major international companies like Siemens, Eaton and Caterpillar has provided extensive project management experience. He holds a M.Eng degree in Design and Manufacturing Engineering from McMaster University.

Dr. Robert Allen Gibb, Director, Member, Medical Advisory Board

Dr. Gibb has had a practice in family medicine in Windsor, Ontario since 1980. He treats a very large number of diabetic patients. Dr Gibb provides advice and guidance on policies and procedures, clinical reviews, and quality and education processes. His credentials include:
